Science in your steps

The BBC posted an interesting article yesterday on the connection between male health and good dancing. The article notes that it is the "... first rigorous analysis of dance moves that make men attractive to women." 

It may be the first "rigorous analysis" but is not the first time dance has taken centre stage in the lab.  In 2006, CBC's radio show Quirks and Quarks interviewed Dr. William Brown on his research on symmetry in male dancers and the ability to attract a mate.
